Optional pool heat is $95.00 per day to heat the pool to 80°F. Two bikes are ready to explore the lovely community. STILLPOINT VISTA overlooks Sunridge Golf Course which is a public course with reasonable rates and par of 71. The course blends with the McDowell Mountain canyons and ridges to create a unique and rewarding desert golf experience. Our guests praise the natural beauty of the course along with the unforgettable play and scenic views. ~ SENSATIONAL & STYLISH ~ The elegant great room is spacious with large pocket doors and windows that blend the indoor with outdoor ambiance. There is a smart TV and ornamental fireplace in the sitting area of the open concept great room. A telescope is set up to admire the celestial skies. Wifi is complimentary. The completely stocked modern kitchen includes bar seating and high end appliances. There are 2 refrigerators and a mini wine fridge. The gas stove is a Viking with 6 burners. Both Keurig and drip coffee machines are provided. Highchairs are available to rent. A formal dining area with table seating for 8 offers stellar views to WOW you while you wine and dine. The game room with pool, shuffleboard and card tables plus a TV keeps guests of all ages entertained when they prefer to be inside. ~ SWEET DREAMS in FOUNTAIN HILLS ~ The bedrooms are on multiple levels. New smart TVs have been added throughout the home and all bedrooms have TVs. There have been many upgrades, especially in the bathrooms. The primary suite has its own staircase and large sitting area with views of the foyer, great room and outdoor paradise. It features a king bed, TV, ceiling fan, en suite bath, walk-in closet and desk with chair for your remote work. The en suite bath has a large walk-in shower, soaking tub and dual vanities. A hair dryer and soap are stocked. Pack 'N Plays are available to rent. Walk down a few steps from the front entrance to a second primary suite on the ground level with a king bed, TV, en suite bath. walk-in closet, desk and sliding doors to a patio. The en suite bath has a walk-in shower. Also on the ground level is an upgraded guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. There are 2 mid levels with a few steps between each level. A bedroom on the first mid level has 3 queen beds: 1 set of queen bunks and a queen bed. There is also a TV and plush sofa in this bedroom. The next mid level has a bedroom with twin king beds, TV, walk-in closet and en suite bath with a tub-shower combo. The upper level bedroom has a king bed, TV and desk with chair for remote work. The en suite bathroom for the upper level bedroom features a tub-shower combo. A well stocked laundry room has two sets of appliances and detergent. There is garage parking for 2 cars and driveway spaces for 4 vehicles. Ping pong and foosball tables are set up in the third garage bay for additional indoor choices. ~ FUN-LOVING FOUNTAIN HILLS ~ Fountain Hills is known for its iconic fountain, exciting hiking/biking trails, beautiful scenery and family friendly parks. The Fountain Hills Splash Pad provides hours of wet and wild fun for guests of all ages. History buffs will enjoy the River of Time and Exploration Center situated within the Fountain Hills community. Recently, Fountain Hills was named a Top 20 Stargazing Destination in the USA. Bring your star guides and binoculars to partake in outstanding stargazing. The home has a telescope for viewing the planets, stars and wildlife that moves through the valley. Fountain Hills borders Scottsdale, a city with combined southwestern and contemporary charm. Shopping choices include quaint and famous Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square with 240+ specialty stores and restaurants. A variety of golf courses and trails for hiking or biking are a short commute. The modern highway transports you to Phoenix, Mesa, Gilbert and Tempe in a matter of minutes. Payson, known as the "heart" of Arizona, and the Mogollon Rim are a one hour drive and well worth your time if you are looking for majestic scenery and four season recreational activities. Ask about early check-in or late check-out which may be options. ~ RESERVATION NOTES ~ The minimum age to rent is 28 years. We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation. The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement s guest list. The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements. Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 16 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of sixteen (16). Daytime visitors to home may not exceed six (6) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals. Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only. To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations. For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway. All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. The pool heating fee is $95.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is usually a 4 night minimum. Spa heating only with no pool heating is $30.00 per night, October 1 through April 30. There is usually a 4 night minimum. NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free. Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits. AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit. All TVs are smart for streaming your apps and not satellite or cable serviced. Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
