The pool heat cost is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. Four kayaks, 2 two-person adult kayaks and 2 single person child size kayaks, are ready for guests to paddle the sparkling, freshwater lake. Lake is private to the neighborhood and stocked for catch and release fishing. Home is well appointed throughout. The great room and bedrooms have shiny new wooden floors. Open concept great room has a large, smart TV and comfortable, plush seating for group gatherings. Modern kitchen includes everything your chef needs to prep and serve home cooked meals and snacks. There is table seating both in and outdoors. Wifi is complimentary. Highchairs are available to rent. ~ CLOSE YOUR EYES and DREAM ~ Spacious primary suite with king bed and TV has an en suite bath with dual sinks, garden tub and a large walk-in shower and closet.
