Welcome to ACE in the HOLE, our 4 BR, 2 BA, single story home on an East Mesa cul de sac. The large backyard is an oasis of resort amenities that include a pool with optional heat, an above ground hot tub, a covered patio with a TV, a built-in BBQ with bar seating, a putting green and a propane fire pit. Enjoy invigorating and year round splashes in the heated pool and spa. The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F.

Warm up your shots on the putting green before heading to the local public courses. On a cool evening gather with loved ones in front of the propane fire pit to warm your toes and heart. Dine al fresco style on the covered patio and watch your team win their game on the outdoor TV. Your outdoor chef will like serving BBQ specialties from the built-in grill at the outdoor bar.

Exciting indoor amenities include a living room with a TV and pool table. The modern kitchen is completely stocked making it easy to prep and serve home cooked meals. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite roast. There is bar seating in the kitchen and a large dining area with table seating for 10. Wifi is complimentary. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.

~ LIGHTS OUT ~
The bedroom floor plan is split. ALL bedrooms have TVs, ceiling fans and closet space. The primary suite has a king bed, TV and en suite bath with a walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks. Bedroom 2 has a king bed; Bedroom 3 has 2 XL twin beds. Bedroom 4 has triple bunk beds, is set up to watch movies plus has arcade games, a poker table and a work table for remote work. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 share Bathroom 2 with a tub-shower combo. A hair dryer and soap are included.

A door in Bedroom 4 accesses the laundry room complete with a washer, dryer and laundry detergent. You can pack less and use our laundry room to keep your wardrobe ready for every adventure. There is driveway parking for 2 vehicles.

~ A WINNING LOCATION ~
This home is centrally located in East Mesa and within walking distance of community parks such as Summit Park which is a 6 acre park with lighted basketball and sand volleyball courts. The park also features a playground and first come, first serve shaded picnic shelters.

Mesa is golf dense with public golf courses in all directions. Hikers, bikers and equestrians will enjoy the extensive trail systems that include all levels of difficulty. Water sports, museums, art galleries, music venues, restaurants and unique shopping boutiques are a short commute from the neighborhood. 

Favorite attractions include the Chicago Cubs spring training at Sloan Park, Usery Mountain Regional Park, the Salt River in the Tonto National Forest and Mesa Market Place Swap Meet. Tempe Town Lake, the Riparian Preserve in Gilbert and Old Town Scottsdale are easy to access on our modern highway system.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.

We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.
 
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.

The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.

Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 9 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of nine (9).

Daytime visitors to home may not exceed four (4) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.

Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.

To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does not record sounds or conversations.

For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.

All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. 

NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.

Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.

AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.

All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.
    
The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum.

The 4% credit card processing fees for reservations will be paid by guests.

Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.

It’s in a nice neighborhood and Summit Park right adjacent to the house was nice to take the kids for a walk and we went there every morning. We used the pool everyday as well as the hot tub…The whole outside area was very suitable for adults as well as children.Plenty of other things to do close by as well, took the kids to FatCats a couple times which is really close. Overall a great place for a family getaway. Paul our property manager made everything from checking in to our final goodbye very seamless.I don’t really have a negative thing to say about this property." (10/5)

When we visited the highs were in the mid 80s & the lows were in the low 60s so we paid to have the pool heated since we didn’t know what to expect. We definitely could have saved our money because with the solar cover on the pool any additional heating wasunnecessary. In fact, we left the solar cover off two of the nights to cool the pool down a little. Even though the house is in a busy area, the backyard was completely private, which was very nice. There is some noise from the highway that is right there & planes fly overhead all day from Falcon Field so it was not completely quiet, but not loud enough to bother us at all and we spent the entire visit outside unless we were sleeping. If you have a kid who loves planes they will love this house because you get a view of small planes departing all day. I highly recommend this property & would definitely come back again." (10/5)

It offers a Movie room with video machines of football and basketball, foosball table, big screen TV, poker table and games with a comfortable sectional couch. There are also triple bunk beds in this room. When you enter the front door there is a pool table. The backyard has a big swimming pool, separate jacuzzi, a built-in BBQ, a gas fire pit, and putting green. There is a huge dining table under the covered patio with a big screen TV. This house offers everything for entertainment. It has a huge dining room with a large kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed and big screen TV. The master bath has a double wide shower with two sinks and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a king bed and big screen TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds and big screen TV. The fourth bedroom is the Movie Room with triple bunk beds. The second bathroom has a tub/shower. The house is very clean and has lots of towels, including pool towels. The house is even nicer than the photos. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed this home. The property manager always kept in touch, great service." (10/5)
