A dedicated game room includes a pool table for friendly competition, arcade games, comfortable seating for onlookers and a smart TV for streaming your apps. The double faced fireplace warms both the game room and seating area of the great room. Wifi is complimentary. Plush seating in the great room makes your TV viewing and supervision of the backyard paradise comfortable. The modern and completely stocked kitchen opens into the great room and has a double oven and gas cook top stove. Prep and serve home cooked feasts with ease. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite roast. There is island and table seating with views of the pool deck. The primary suite also has a sitting area and private door to the pool and spa. A sumptuous garden tub and walk-in shower plus dual vanities and a walk-in closet are appealing features of the en suite bath in the primary suite. Bedroom 2 is adjacent to the game room; Bedroom 4 has a walk-in closet. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 share Bathroom 2 which features dual vanity sinks and a tub-shower combo. Bedroom 5 has an en suite bath with a walk-in shower. A hair dryer and soap are supplied. Pack N' Plays are available to rent.
