~ STYLISH SPACES ~ Welcome to our lovely, one story home, HERON HAVEN, with a private, heated pool in splendid and scenic Scottsdale. In addition to the pool there is a table gas fire pit, propane grill and covered patio with dining furniture and an outdoor TV. A shade sail, umbrellas and comfy chaises offer you choice seating for relaxing in the sun and shade. Pool heat is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80°F. A set of men's and a set of women's golf clubs for right handed players are at the home for our golf loving guests to use. Happy golfing! The open floor plan offers spaces for both individual and social activities. The great room has cozy seating in front of a large smart TV and non-working fireplace. A folding poker table topper stored in the hall closet will provide hours of indoor fun for those who enjoy five card draw and other card games. The recently remodeled, well stocked kitchen is a bright and cheerful place for your chef to prepare the finest of foods. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your gourmet roast. There is island seating plus table seating for 6 overlooking the backyard oasis. Doors in the great room lead to the patio, making it easy to transfer food and beverage to the pool deck. Wifi is complimentary. Highchairs and Pack N' Plays are available to rent. ~ SWEET DREAMS in SCOTTSDALE ~ The bedroom floor plan is split with a central hallway connecting Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 and Bathroom 2. ALL bedrooms have smart TVs for streaming your apps plus ceiling fans and storage space for your personal effects. The primary suite has a king bed, TV and en suite bath with dual vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a king bed; Bedroom 3 has two XL twin beds. Bathroom 2 is shared between Bedrooms 2 and 3. Bedroom 4 has a king bed and en suite bath. A hair dryer and soap are stocked. The laundry room has family size appliances appliances and detergent is supplied. Attached to the home is a garage with spaces for 2 vehicles. There is additional parking for 2 vehicles on the driveway. ~ VACATION INSPIRATION in SCOTTSDALE ~ Our home is situated in a peaceful and family friendly neighborhood that is conveniently located to partake in all that's spectacular about Scottsdale. Scottsdale is known for its exclusive golf courses such as TPC Scottsdale, home to the largest attended tournament in the world. Other exciting options include Grayhawk and McDowell Mountain Golf Clubs. Hikers, bikers and horseback riders will love the 225 miles of scenic multi-use trails of all levels in McDowell Sonoran Preserve. Old Town Scottsdale has several walkable neighborhoods that include art galleries, Fifth Ave shopping, Historic Old Town and an entertainment district. Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin West is a short distance from our home; the Contemporary Art and Musical Instrument Museums are exciting local attractions. There are 800+ restaurants to choose from in Scottsdale if your vacation plans include dining away from the home. Listen carefully because Arizona is calling YOU. NOTE: Owner recently had a dog at the home. Though thoroughly and professionally cleaned and all new bedding, those with severe pet sensitivity should be aware. TPT License 21489109 ~ RESERVATION NOTES ~ The minimum age to rent is 28 years. We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation. The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list. The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements. Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 8 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of eight (8). Daytime visitors to home may not exceed four (4) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals. Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only. To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations. For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway. NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home at any time. Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits. AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit. All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced. The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum. Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
