The neighborhood is gated, peaceful and well maintained. Community trails offer the chance to view native wildlife and pristine desert scenery. Two bikes and a pickleball set for 4 are included at the home. Prospector Park in Apache Junction has public pickleball courts. The home's location is perfect for hiking the Superstition Mountains, golfing at Gold Canyon Golf Courses, sightseeing at Boyce Thompson Arboretum, shopping at local boutiques and dining at nearby multicultural restaurants. The primary suite and Bedroom 2 on the second floor are separated by a loft furnished with cozy seating and a smart TV. Both upstairs bedrooms have bathrooms and private balconies. The primary suite closet is used by owner for storage. The bath in the primary suite features a luxurious garden tub and walk-in shower plus dual vanity sinks. Bathroom 2 has a tub-shower combo.
