Welcome to GOLD CANYON TRAILS, our 3 BR plus queen sleeper sofa, 2 BA, single story home with impressive views of the Superstition Mountains and a private pool with optional heating. Nature lovers will be thrilled to observe native and migrating wildlife on the Hieroglyphic Trail behind our home. Cameras, binoculars and field guides are a must!

It's a short commute to hike the Superstition Mountains, golf at Gold Canyon Golf Courses or sightsee at Boyce Thompson Arboretum. Restaurants, museums, shopping and a freeway system that takes you wherever you want to go are all a short drive from the neighborhood. Home is ideally located for you to enjoy our Renaissance Festival and Artisan Marketplace.

~ LUSTROUS LIVING SPACES ~
Single story home has open floor plan and many windows that illuminate living spaces and offer breathtaking views of the Superstition Mountains. Home is furnished to create a stylish yet comfortable home away from home. Living and dining rooms at the front of home provide more formal places to gather. Queen sofa bed in living room offers optional sleeping arrangement as needed. Wifi is complimentary. ALL TVs are smart for streaming your apps and not satellite or cable serviced.

Great room has plush seating, large TV and access to the back patio with stunning views. Fully stocked custom kitchen with bar seating opens into great room. Kitchen has everything the chef needs to create culinary masterpieces including both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.

~BEDS, BATHS and BEYOND ~
Primary suite includes a king bed, TV and doors to hot tub and pool. Primary bath is elegant and features a sumptuous garden tub and walk-in shower. Generous designer walk-in closet accommodates personal wardrobe and accessories.

Split bedroom floor plan separates primary suite from other bedrooms. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds and TVs. Bathroom 2 is shared between Bedrooms 2 and 3 and features a tub-shower combination.

Great room and all bedrooms have TVs and ceiling fans. An enclosed laundry room with family-size appliances means your wardrobe is always ready for the next adventure. The garage is not available.

~ PRIVATE PARADISE ~
The appeal of this home continues when you step onto back patio and see the gorgeous lagoon pool with optional heating and fountain surrounded by a beautiful cactus garden and the iconic Superstition Mountains.

Patio has covered area for shade and is furnished for relaxing or dining. Gas grill is available and ready for barbecued treats. Private putting green keeps you practiced and ready to win your next golf game. Enjoy sensational sunsets and celestial skies in front of the wood fireplace or propane fire pit. Spend romantic moments in the hot tub or take a quick jaunt to the spa at back of home for an over the top experience.

Follow well defined path in backyard to connect to the infamous Hieroglyphic Trail for scenic hikes with impressive vistas. Whatever you choose, our backyard is a private oasis ready and waiting for you!

We require a valid email address, phone number and a brief phone conversation within 24 hours of the booking or the reservation will not be accepted.
Last minute reservations also require a credit card verification and guest id validation check.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.

We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.

The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.

The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.

Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 6 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of six (6).

Daytime visitors to home may not exceed four (4) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.

Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.

To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.

For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.

All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.

Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.

AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.

ALL TVs are smart for streaming your apps and not satellite or cable serviced.

The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum.

Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
